At the end of the lesson, the students are able to:
Write a report by analysing and synthesising information found in the two visuals in 200 words
Reflection:
The objective is achieved. Two students read out aloud their drafted reports and their reports were verbally corrected. The layout of the report, the sentence structure and tenses were revised. However, the students needed to condense their writing so that they could write within the word limit of 150-200 words. In the next lesson, the students will be taught how to reduce their writing within the stipulated word limit.

At the end of the lesson, the students are able to:
write a report by analyzing and synthesizing the information found in the two visuals in 150-200 words
Reflection:
The objective is achieved. Samples of students' previous essays were reproduced and students were taught how to reduce their writing into the required word length.
Students read out aloud their drafted reports on quality of facilities on the three buffet restaurants and the teacher verbally corrected their grammar and contents. The teacher then orally dictated a sample report writing and students used it as their benchmark guide.

The objective is achieved. Seven students completed their reports. The teacher corrected their grammar and tenses as he guided the students individually from table to table. More exercises on report writing will be given to the students to enhance their writing.
